I had a fantastic time at this resort! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the activities were endless, especially the Aqua park. However, I hope they continue improving the children's area, as it could use some attention. Overall, it felt family-friendly and it was a great experience, though more variety in dining options would make it perfect.
Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay, though there were some minor faults that required attention.
The service was excellent! Mr. Mohamed Abdel Kader sorted out a small issue quickly, and the animation team kept everyone entertained.
This resort is ideally located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea.
The food was tasty, particularly breakfast, but the options outside of that could definitely be a bit more varied.
The facilities, especially the Aqua park, are fantastic and provided lots of fun, but they need to address maintenance in some areas.

My stay at this resort was enjoyable, especially thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The location is great for enjoying the beach and amenities; however, the rooms could use some updates and repairs to bring them up to standard. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain areas.
The rooms were spacious and clean, but some maintenance is needed, like fixing broken door frames and addressing the condition of the bedding.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the resort! The weather was beautiful, and the pools were immaculate and enjoyable. The hotel has some great perks like an amazing aqua park and friendly bar staff who keep the drinks coming. However, the dining situation could definitely use improvement as the food quality was lacking during my stay.
